Right now my priority is senior-level Software Developers, so your contacts should be hiring managers, CTOs, founders, or procurement teams that regularly seek high-calibre engineering talent. Here is what a successful collaboration looks like: you leverage your network, make warm introductions, and stay involved until a clear hiring need is confirmed and a discovery call is scheduled. I will then handle technical vetting, rate negotiations, and onboarding. If you prefer to remain engaged throughout the placement process, I am happy to structure it that way.
