I’m building a fresh pipeline of qualified mixed-use real estate investors across the United States and I need help finding them. My end goal is straightforward: drive immediate sales conversations for current and upcoming developments, so every contact we collect must be ready, willing, and able to fund or co-fund projects. Your focus will be email marketing only. I will provide an outline of our value proposition and a few case studies; you will source the contacts, verify them, segment them, and deliver a clean spreadsheet that I can plug straight into our CRM. Accuracy, recent activity, and investor relevance to mixed-use construction are non-negotiable. Deliverables • A minimum of X verified investor emails (institutional or individual) interested in U.S. mixed-use construction • Key fields: full name, firm (if applicable), title, direct email, phone (optional but appreciated), state, and proof of recent investment activity • Source notes for each batch so I can trace compliance if needed Once I validate a sample of the list, we will proceed with the full hand-off and schedule follow-up work for nurturing sequences.
