I need a writer who can take complex features and translate them into clear, helpful user manuals. Technical writing is the focus here, so every section of the guide must be accurate, logically structured, and easy to follow. I will provide product specifications, screenshots, and rough engineering notes; you will reorganize that material, fill any gaps through short interviews with our team, and deliver a polished manual ready for layout. Primary requirements • Proven experience producing user manuals for software or hardware products • Ability to interview subject-matter experts and extract the right level of detail • Command of plain-language principles—jargon only where it truly serves the reader • Fluent written English and confident verbal communication for collaboration sessions Deliverables 1. Draft manual in Word or Google Docs with screenshots and call-outs inserted 2. Revised version incorporating my feedback 3.
