Note I will note consider anyone who is not a registered USPTO Attorney Do not apply if you are not registered My U.S. patent unintentionally lapsed on March 30, 2026 and I now need a USPTO-registered attorney to shepherd it back to active status. I can already supply email correspondence from my previous counsel that explains the circumstances of the inadvertent delay, but the formal paperwork is only partly in place. Here is what I expect you to handle: • Appointment as my U.S. agent of record (filing the executed Power of Attorney). • Preparation and electronic filing of the full revival package, including the Petition to Revive with the appropriate statement of unintentional delay and any accompanying declarations. • Calculation and payment of all USPTO fees, with evidence of payment uploaded to PAIR and a receipt forwarded to me. Acceptance criteria – USPTO acknowledgement confirming you are my appointed representative. – Official USPTO filing receipt for the petition and all supporting documents. – Proof that all required fees have been paid in the correct amounts. – Written confirmation from the USPTO that the patent has been returned to active status (or, at minimum, that the petition has been accepted for consideration). Please respond only if you are currently listed on the USPTO roster of registered practitioners. When you bid, break down your professional fee into clear milestones that match the three steps above so I know exactly what I will be paying at each stage.
