We're looking for an experienced UX Content Strategist / UX Writer to help bring clarity and a human-centered voice to complex digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences through strategic content while collaborating with cross-functional product and design teams. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing content strategies that improve the customer experience and support business goals. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to create intuitive, localized, and high-quality experiences for Thai-speaking users. Beyond crafting interface content, you'll help define and evolve Thai content standards, ensuring every interaction reflects linguistic excellence and cultural relevance for the Thailand market. This is a contractor position. The ideal candidate is a native Thai speaker based in Thailand, with strong English proficiency, extensive UX writing experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop UX writing and content design solutions for complex user, product, and business challenges. - Create clear, concise, and culturally relevant interface content across a variety of products and user journeys. - Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape product experiences and establish a consistent content strategy. - Help establish and improve UX writing processes, content frameworks, and design systems across multiple teams and products. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring content is delivered accurately and on schedule. - Use user research, analytics, and market insights to inform content decisions, optimize existing experiences, and develop new concepts. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of Thai writing guidelines and localization best practices. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy. - Experience in e-commerce or agency environments is highly preferred. - Strong product thinking with a user-centered approach to content. - Demonstrated experience using research, data, and user insights to guide writing decisions. - Native-level Thai with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Professional working proficiency in English. - Strong understanding of the Thailand market. - Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and project management skills. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (related field preferred but not required).
