# Appointment Setter & Outreach VA (Part-Time | Remote) ## Compensation * **₹3,000–₹5,000 INR/month** (based on performance) * **+ 5% commission on every client that closes from the conversations you generate** * **Initial 3-month contract** with the opportunity for a long-term role based on performance. * High performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities with increased pay and earning potential. --- ## About Us We're a growing marketing agency that helps service-based businesses generate qualified leads and scale through proven marketing, sales, and automation systems. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term—not someone looking for a short freelance project. --- ## Your Role This is a **remote, part-time position (4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday).** We'll provide the leads, outreach strategy, messaging, and systems. Your responsibilities include: * Sending Instagram DMs from our accounts. * Sending LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages. * Managing ongoing conversations and timely follow-ups. * Building genuine conversations and responding to prospects professionally. * Qualifying interested prospects using our guidelines. * Updating our lead tracker and CRM after every interaction. * Assisting with other outreach and virtual assistant tasks when needed. We're looking for someone who is consistent, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. Accuracy, reliability, and timely follow-ups are more important than simply sending a high volume of messages. --- ## Who We're Looking For You should: * Have good written English. * Be comfortable communicating with people online. * Be organized, reliable, and proactive. * Be available **4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday.** * Be willing to learn and improve. **Bonus if you have experience with:** * Instagram outreach * LinkedIn outreach * Appointment setting * CRM tools * GoHighLevel (GHL) * Cold outreach --- ## What We'll Provide * Qualified lead lists * Outreach scripts and messaging * SOPs and training * CRM and tracking systems * Ongoing support and feedback You don't need to find leads or create messaging—we'll provide everything you need.
