I need a full set of Vastu-compliant drawings for a residential G+3 structure in which two consecutive floors form a duplex. While the entire building is strictly for residential use, I want the social areas to feel airy and connected, yet keep private zones clearly defined—essentially a balanced mix of open-concept and segmented spaces. Here is what I expect to receive: • Floor-by-floor layout showing room sizes, circulation, stair/shaft positions, and the internal link that makes the top-level duplex functional. • Vastu orientation for every space (entrances, puja, kitchen, master bedroom, toilets, water tanks, etc.) called out clearly on the plans. • At least one front-elevation concept plus sectional drawings to confirm floor-to-floor heights and headroom over the duplex staircase. • Editable CAD files (AutoCAD or compatible) and PDFs ready for local authority submission.
