I have a steady flow of small-to-mid-size tasks that range from creative to highly procedural, and I’m streamlining them with the help of AI. Most assignments fall into six categories: • Content creation – drafting blog posts, product descriptions, or social captions with ChatGPT and polishing tone, length, and SEO before delivery. • Data entry – primarily manual input into Google Sheets or Excel and periodic data-cleaning passes to remove duplicates, fix mis-alignments, and standardise formats. • Document formatting – re-laying out client reports and slide presentations so they follow brand guidelines, include correct styling, and are export-ready. • Internet research – sourcing facts, statistics, and niche references, then summarising them clearly with proper citations. • Excel work – basic formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, and tidy table presentation. • Basic image editing – quick crops, background removal, and text overlays in Canva AI or similar. I’ll assign tasks in Trello with clear deadlines; you return a finished file plus a short note on the AI prompt, tool or formula you used so I can replicate the process later. Accuracy, neat formatting, and proactive communication are more important to me than sheer speed, though I do expect agreed timelines to be met. Tools currently in play: ChatGPT, Canva AI, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and occasionally Photoshop Express. If you use additional utilities that improve consistency—AutoHotkey scripts, GPT-powered plugins, etc.—feel free to suggest them.
