I’m building a roster of freelance editors for our brand who can take raw Hindi-English language footage and turn it into polished stories—sometimes a 30-second reel, other times a full YouTube episode. The purpose of each edit will vary: educational explainers one week, promotional snippets or pure entertainment the next, so I need someone who is comfortable shifting tone and pacing as the brief demands. You’ll be asked to handle everything from rough-cut assembly and sound balancing to colour grading, motion graphics, subtitles and final delivery. Fluency in Hindi is essential because accurate dialogue trimming and on-screen text are part of the job. Whether you prefer Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or another professional suite doesn’t matter to me as long as you can hit deadlines and communicate progress clearly. Payment is negotiated per project and scales with complexity and your experience; we’ll outline milestones before you start so expectations are crystal clear.
