I’m looking for a genuine all-rounder who can jump in and edit whatever footage I hand over without blinking at the category label. Most of my clips don’t sit neatly under “promotional,” “YouTube,” or “event” work—they’re often a blend of all three plus a few surprises—so you’ll need to be comfortable working outside those predefined boxes. The same goes for the actual editing tasks. What’s required rarely stops at simple cuts, flashy transitions, or basic audio tweaks. One week it might be dynamic captioning and colour correction, the next it could involve repurposing vertical content for multiple platforms or finessing a rough voice-over track. In short, if it falls under “other,” you’ll probably touch it here. I don’t have strict reference videos to mimic, nor a rigid style guide. Instead, I’m open to fresh ideas that fit the mood of each project while keeping production costs lean. Creativity that respects a modest budget is the sweet spot I’m after.
