I’m putting together a public-facing event and need a striking poster that grabs attention at first glance. The design has to work for a broad, general-public audience—families, students, professionals who might stroll past a noticeboard or see a social post. The poster’s single most important job is to shout about the entertainment highlights: headline acts, special performances, anything that will make people say “I have to be there!” All other event details (date, time, venue, ticket info) should support that core message without cluttering the layout. I picture a bold, energetic style, but I’m open to your creative direction as long as the final piece is clear, legible from a distance, and printable at A3 size.
