I’m refreshing our event canopy and need a designer who can handle both the visuals and the concise copy that will sit on them. The goal is clear: drive immediate product promotion from across a crowded venue, so the artwork must be bold, memorable, and readable at a glance. Scope of work • Three print-ready panels: – Top valance: 6 ft × 1 ft – Front skirt: 6 ft × 2.5 ft – Full backdrop: 6 ft × 7 ft The look I’m after leans heavily on bright, eye-catching colours rather than our standard palette; I want the booth to pop visually while still tying back to the brand through logo use and consistent typography. Alongside the graphics, please craft punchy taglines or call-outs that highlight our flagship product’s benefits. Deliverables • Final artwork supplied as layered Illustrator (AI) or print-ready PDF files (CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed) • Fonts and linked images packaged for the printer • Short wordmarks or headline copy embedded in the design • One round of revisions after first draft To be considered, share examples of previous large-format or event graphics you’ve produced and a brief note on your experience translating marketing goals into standout visuals.
