Descripción de la oferta

Start: immediately, after a PAID test edit. Workload: 2 videos/week now, 3/week within a few months. Stable long-term work, not a one-off gig. About the channel New English-language YouTube channel covering the biggest stories in money, power, tech, AI and internet scandals. Documentary-commentary style: host on camera + documents, screenshots, charts and licensed b-roll. Think Johnny Harris / ColdFusion / Moon pacing — fast, clean, evidence-driven. NOT a cheap compilation channel, NOT a faceless automation channel. What you deliver per episode 16:9 long-form master (7–11 min): jump cuts, b-roll, on-screen documents with zoom/highlight, simple motion graphics (lower thirds, money-flow arrows), accurate captions, music + SFX, color and audio cleanup. Clean 9:16 vertical master (no watermarks, no platform logos). 2 vertical clips (20–60 sec) cut from the episode, delivered BEFORE the episode goes live. How we work (read carefully — this is where most editors fail) You edit from a timecoded editing script: every visual beat is written down, every external asset has a source ID and sits in an approved folder. Hard rule: you never download footage yourself. No random YouTube clips, no "free" stock without license, no AI images added on your own. Every asset you use must come from our approved folder. One violation ends the contract — this is a legal requirement of the channel, not a preference. Captions must match the spoken audio word for word. Names, numbers and currencies must be exact. Turnaround: first draft within 48 hours of receiving materials. Maximum 2 revision rounds per video (revisions are timecoded, so they're quick). Software: DaVinci Resolve preferred (free), Premiere accepted. You work in our project template after onboarding. Async communication in English (written), files via Google Drive. Pay Flat rate per finished episode package (long-form + vertical master + 2 clips). Tell us your rate — we expect USD $X–XX depending on skill and speed. Paid test: first episode edit from provided A-roll + assets (same test for all candidates). Rate grows with the channel: editors who hold quality at 3 videos/week get a raise after month 3. Requirements 2+ links to videos YOU edited in a similar style (news, business, documentary, commentary). Compilation/slideshow channels don't count. Solid English comprehension (you'll work from English scripts and audio). Reliable internet + machine that handles 1080p/4K timelines. Available at least 20 hrs/week with some overlap with Central European time. How to apply (applications ignoring this format are deleted) Start your message with the word RECEIPTS. Then, in this order: Two links to similar work you personally edited + your exact role. Your flat rate per episode package (USD) and how many episodes/week you can hold. One or two sentences: what would you do if a caption in the script doesn't match what the host actually says in the audio? Which software you use and your typical first-draft turnaround. Top 3 applicants get the paid test. One becomes our main editor; one becomes a paid backup.
