The ideal candidate should excel in storytelling, cinematic editing, motion graphics, audience retention, and real estate content. You should be proficient in AI prompting and capable of using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar to generate relevant visuals, B-roll, graphics, and creative assets. A key requirement is the ability to visualize the script by identifying where drone shots, maps, animations, infographics, stock footage, and graphics should be used to enhance the story, rather than simply editing the provided clips. Fast turnaround is essential, with final deliverables expected within 24 hours of receiving the script and assets.
