I have a steady flow of talking-head footage that needs to be shaped into fast-moving Instagram Reels. Your core job is simple: trim the clips into a tight, well-paced cut and lay in captions that feel thematic to the content— all created natively inside Adobe Premiere Pro’s text/caption panel. No Submagic, CapCut, Opus or other AI caption generators; everything must come straight from Premiere so I can open, tweak and archive the project files without compatibility issues. Turnaround is every other day, so consistency matters more than flashy transitions. If you know your way around Premiere and can keep dialogue readable, timed and on-brand, I’m happy to train you on the rest. Reliability, clear communication and a basic instinct for short-form pacing are what will keep this partnership long term.
