Looking for a Virtual Assistant to help launch a B2B cold-outreach product (South Africa) I’m launching a physical cold-outreach card deck used as a sales/pitch tool for corporate clients in South Africa. Soft launch is 1 August, proper launch 9 August, selling through November. I need someone to execute the operational side while I handle strategy and pricing decisions myself. Tasks include: • Coordinating with printers/suppliers on production runs, checking quality before dispatch • Booking and tracking hand-deliveries (soft launch) and courier deliveries via services like Bloomable (from 9 Aug) • Managing a simple client pipeline — logging leads, tracking QR code scans/responses, sending follow-ups • Setting up basic launch infrastructure: a dedicated email address, WhatsApp Business number, and a simple one-page “who is this” landing page (Carrd/Notion/Canva) linked from the contact card • Weekly status update to me on deliveries, pipeline, and any issues This is part-time, roughly 10–15 hours/week, with heavier hours expected around the 1 Aug and 9 Aug launch dates. Running through the end of November. Based in South Africa preferred, rand-denominated rate.
