We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation, prospect outreach, and appointment setting. Applicants from the Philippines or Indonesia are preferred. You must be fluent in written and spoken English and comfortable communicating professionally with potential clients. Your main responsibility will be to contact prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. **Responsibilities:** * Contact leads provided by us through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter * Research and generate new leads when needed * Send professional and personalized outreach messages * Follow up with prospects * Identify interested and qualified leads * Schedule meetings with qualified prospects * Keep lead and outreach records organized * Provide regular progress and results reports **Requirements:** * Fluent in written and spoken English * Familiar with WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter * Experience in lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, sales, or virtual assistance is preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Able to follow instructions and work independently * Reliable internet connection * Professional and respectful communication style **Compensation:** * Monthly salary: $200 * Performance bonus: $2 to $50, depending on the quality of results, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings * Additional opportunities may be available for consistently strong performance **Main Goals:** * Generate qualified leads * Contact and follow up with prospects * Schedule meetings with interested prospects When applying, please include: 1.
