We are an Australia-based cosmetic and aesthetics clinic seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant who has previously worked remotely for a cosmetic, aesthetics, beauty or wellness clinic. The successful candidate will help manage new enquiries, follow up prospective clients and convert leads into booked consultations. You will also support the clinic with client re-engagement, appointment coordination and basic social media and marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to social media messages and new leads - Following up enquiries through phone, email, SMS and social media - Booking and confirming client consultations - Managing the complete lead and client follow-up journey - Updating client notes and lead statuses in the clinic database - Re-engaging lapsed or inactive clients - Contacting clients about consultations, treatments, promotions and offers - Supporting basic social media and marketing tasks - Providing regular updates on leads, follow-ups, bookings and conversions Essential Requirements" - Previous experience working for a cosmetic or aesthetics clinic - Experience using cosmetic clinic software, booking systems or CRM platforms - Proven experience converting enquiries into consultations or bookings - Strong written and spoken English - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Confident communicating with clients by phone and online - Highly organised, reliable and comfortable working independently - Stable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup This is an hourly remote position.
