I’m mounting a theater production and need a dragon mask or helmet that lets the actor project clearly—no muffled lines or echo inside the piece. The interior should be a lightweight metal armature for hygiene and durability, while the exterior can be finished in any sculptable medium that gives a convincing, scaled texture once painted. Key details • The mask must sit securely without squeezing the jaw and must leave the mouth area open or acoustically vented so dialogue carries. • Horns: a waved, skull-hugging silhouette (neither fully curved nor straight) that feels organic to the head shape. Please make them detachable so the same mask can be used with or without them, or so they can clip onto a separate hood if we choose that route. • Hair option: either supply a waist-to-knee-length wig in vivid “red-carpet” red or design the piece so it slides cleanly under a theatrical hood. If you go the hood route, the horns should mount cleanly on top without shifting during movement. -MUST be comfortable to wear Finish should survive stage lighting and occasional spot cleaning. I’ll need progress photos or short videos at each major step so we can sign off on fit, color, and acoustics before you seal the surface. When complete, ship the assembled unit plus any detachable components and care instructions.
