I need an experienced **Python / AI Data Extraction Developer** to build software for extracting voter data from Election Commission PDF voter lists and converting it automatically to Excel/CSV. **Required Data:** Name, Father/Husband Name, Age, Gender, Voter ID (EPIC), Serial Number. **Key Requirements:** * 100% verified final data accuracy * No missing or duplicate voter records * Telugu + English PDF support * Automatic PDF-to-Excel/CSV conversion * Bulk/multiple PDF processing * Fast processing with lowest possible recurring/API cost * Prefer local/offline processing wherever possible * AI/Vision can be used only where necessary for verification * Failed/uncertain records must be detected and rechecked * Complete reusable software/script with source code **Required Skills:** Python, PDF processing, document/data extraction, computer vision, AI/Vision models, Telugu + English document processing, data validation, Pandas/OpenPyXL, Excel/CSV automation and bulk processing. This is **not a one-time conversion job**. I need a reusable automated system for future voter-list PDFs. Please apply only if you have relevant PDF/document extraction experience.
