I’m setting up “Ward Unity,” a dedicated online space where residents can exchange ideas, voice concerns and celebrate local successes. The heart of the platform will be a clean, intuitive discussion board that encourages real-time dialogue and long-term topic threads alike. Here’s what I need from you: • Build and configure a web-based forum (self-hosted or SaaS is fine; I’m open to suggestions) focused on discussion boards as the core feature. • Brand it with the Ward Unity colours and logo (I’ll supply the assets). • Set up logical categories and sub-forums so neighbours can quickly find or start topics. • Implement basic moderation tools and a straightforward onboarding flow so even first-time users feel comfortable jumping in. Private messaging and full profile pages may be added later, but for this initial launch I want to keep things lightweight and welcoming—speed and ease of use trump bells and whistles. If you have experience with platforms such as Discourse, Flarum, phpBB or similar, let me know which one you’d recommend and why. Once the forum is live and tested, hand over clear documentation on user management, backups and routine maintenance so the community can thrive long after launch.
