Descripción de la oferta

I need a complete redesign of 4care.com.au so our disability and support-coordination services feel warm, trustworthy and fully accessible. The visual tone should be inviting rather than corporate, yet still look polished enough to inspire confidence in families and support workers browsing the site. Homepage essentials • An at-a-glance overview of our core NDIS services, broken into clear, scannable sections. • A friendly team introduction with photos and short bios to humanise the brand. • Genuine client testimonials that reinforce credibility. Lead generation focus The most important conversion point is a streamlined client intake form. This needs to be prominent and simple to use on both desktop and mobile, funnelling enquiries straight into our CRM or email. Secondary contact options such as a phone number or basic contact form can sit in the footer, but the intake form drives the journey. What I expect from you • UX and UI that meet current accessibility best practices (WCAG-friendly colours, alt tags, keyboard navigation). • Clear information architecture so visitors can jump from the service overview to detailed pages and back without getting lost. • Copy placeholders are fine; I’ll supply final wording, but layout must accommodate service breakdowns, FAQs and pricing tables. • Fast, responsive build compatible with modern browsers and assistive technologies. • Handover of all source files plus a quick tutorial (video or PDF) showing my team how to update text and images. If you have experience designing care-sector sites or understand NDIS guidelines, please highlight that in your proposal along with examples of similarly warm, accessible websites you’ve built.
