I need a two-sided 10 × 21 cm rack brochure that instantly sells the idea of slipping away to our couples-only accommodation set right on the water and surrounded by nature. The design should let the location speak for itself: use the real scenery drawn from the high-resolution images already on our website, Booking.com listing and social channels. Front and back together must showcase: • sweeping scenic views that capture the water, bushland and wildlife • a concise snapshot of the key amenities—private decks, wood-fires, spa baths, kayak hire, complimentary breakfast hampers, and so on • a short, genuine guest quote or two to lend credibility and warmth Keep text minimal but inviting, balancing it with bold imagery so the brochure stays visually clean when displayed in accommodation racks. Colours can be lifted from the existing brand palette; typography should be easy to read at arm’s length. Deliverables (print-ready): 1. CMYK PDF sized 100 mm × 210 mm with 3 mm bleed, outlined fonts and embedded images at 300 dpi. 2. An editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator preferred) in case I need to update rates or specials later. 3. A small JPEG preview for quick online sharing.
