Descripción de la oferta

I need a compact, reliable PCB and a compact case design. The board contains an ESP32 that will run the anchor-control logic on my boat and live inside a fully waterproof enclosure. The board must accommodate the following external connections: one USB-C port for configuration and firmware updates, a 12 V power feed (positive and negative), two independent 12 V outputs that switch through relays (max. 10A), two 12 V inputs that feed a dual-channel optocoupler, and two additional inputs coming from reed sensors. Functionally the circuit is dedicated to anchor control—nothing else—so component choice, trace sizing, and protection devices should all be selected with marine power fluctuations and vibration in mind. Please route with good separation between logic and power sections, include reverse-polarity and surge protection on the 12 V rail, and size the relay outputs to handle brief inrush currents. On the mechanical side, I want a matching case that keeps everything dry. Aim for an IP67-level seal, grommeted or gland fittings for the cable exits, and a footprint small enough to mount inside a typical locker. Material choice is open, but corrosion resistance and UV stability are important. Deliverables: • Schematic, PCB layout, and Gerber/ODB++ files • EMI must be taking care of • Complete BOM with manufacturer part numbers • 3D model of the assembled board and enclosure (STEP preferred) • STL/STEP files for the case ready for printing or injection moulding • Assembly and test instructions, including waterproofing verification steps You are free to work in Altium, KiCad, or another mainstream EDA tool—just supply the source files. If you have prior experience with marine or outdoor electronics, please mention it when you respond.
