Company: The Coder Root Industry: IT Services | Web Development | App Development | CRM Solutions Work Type: Freelance / Remote Compensation: Commission / Project-Based (Negotiable) The Coder Root is looking for an experienced and result-driven Freelance IT Sales & Business Development Executive who can help us generate quality leads and bring new projects from both Indian and international markets. Key Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads for website development, web applications, mobile apps, CRM, and custom software development projects. • Find potential clients through LinkedIn, freelance platforms, cold emailing, networking, and other effective channels. • Connect and communicate professionally with international clients. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team. • Schedule client meetings and actively follow up with prospects. • Assist in proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals. • Build long-term relationships with potential clients and businesses. Required Skills: • Experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation. • Good understanding of website and software development services. • Experience in international client acquisition is highly preferred. • Strong English communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into projects. • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and freelance platforms is an advantage. Compensation: We are open to a commission-based or project-based partnership. Attractive incentives will be offered for successfully closed projects. Compensation can be discussed based on experience and results.
