I run a Hajj & Umrah travel agency and I need a fully-fledged, web-based CRM built from scratch with customer management as the heart of the system. The application has to let my staff create, update and search detailed traveller records—everything from passport and visa details to emergency contacts and package preferences—through any modern browser. Security, speed and an intuitive interface are non-negotiable; my team ranges from seasoned agents to temporary seasonal staff, so the learning curve must be minimal. While customer management is the core requirement, I would like the architecture kept flexible enough to add booking and payment modules later without major refactoring. Key deliverables • Production-ready web application deployed to a cloud server I control • Source code with clean, well-commented structure (Laravel, Django, Node or comparable modern framework—open to your expert suggestion) • Role-based access control, audit logs and encrypted data at rest and in transit • Import/export to CSV or Excel so I can migrate existing spreadsheets quickly • Short video walk-through and written admin/user manuals Acceptance criteria The CRM must load in under two seconds on a standard broadband connection, pass an OWASP Top 10 security scan, and allow me to pull a segmented list of travellers (e.g., all pilgrims booked for Dhul Hijjah) within three clicks.
