I’m looking to have a lightweight, web-based crypto wallet built with Bitcoin support at its core. The immediate objective is to give users a secure interface where they can create an account, view their balance, and track every incoming or outgoing transaction in a clear, filterable history log. Scope of work • Set up the back-end logic to generate and manage Bitcoin addresses, private keys, and balances. • Build a clean front-end dashboard (responsive) that shows real-time balance updates and detailed transaction history. • Implement standard security practices—encrypted key storage, HTTPS everywhere, and CSRF protection. Tech stack is flexible, though I’m comfortable signing off on Node.js + React or a comparable modern framework. If you have an existing open-source codebase you can adapt, let me know. Future-ready extras like two-factor authentication or multi-currency support are on my roadmap, so structuring the code for easy expansion will be a plus—please keep that in mind when choosing libraries and setting up the database schema. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private repo. 2. Deployment instructions (Docker or straightforward server setup). 3. Brief walkthrough showing key workflows: wallet creation, sending/receiving BTC, and the transaction history view. I’d like to see examples of any blockchain or fintech projects you’ve shipped before. Once we agree on scope and timeline, I’m ready to get started right away.
