Here is what I need done: • Visual and UX overhaul – a modern, clean interface that highlights our holiday-home portfolio, presents rates and availability clearly, and moves visitors smoothly toward an enquiry or booking. • Technical rebuild – fast loading, responsive layouts, schema markup for properties, and a CMS setup that makes it easy for my team to add or edit listings without touching code. • Core SEO plan – keyword research for Dubai holiday homes, on-page optimisation (titles, meta, headings, image alt text), internal-link structure, and a launch checklist to preserve any equity while we migrate. A basic content roadmap for blogs or landing pages that can win long-tail searches would be great, too. • Analytics & tracking – GA4 plus Search Console configured, with conversion goals so we can monitor lead flow from day one.
