I have my wedding ceremony soundtrack queued up—fewer than ten songs, neatly arranged in order—and simply need someone reliable to hit play, watch the progress, and fade the volume when the officiant begins speaking. Everything will run straight from my smartphone and over the venue’s house system, so no mixing desk or laptop knowledge is required. Your job is to: • Arrive a few minutes early, connect the phone to the venue’s input, and confirm levels. • Start each track at the right cue (processional, signing, recessional). • Keep an eye on volume so no sudden spikes distract from the vows. No microphone handling or additional gear is involved. If you’re comfortable with basic Bluetooth / aux connections and have a calm presence, this should be an easy, stress-free assignment.
