I’m looking for reliable support every Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST. During that window you’ll handle my inbound and outbound phone traffic using the detailed call script I’ll provide. When call volume is light, you’ll switch to prospecting small businesses with the same script, logging each touchpoint in our simple CRM. Between calls, I also need you to keep our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts active—answering comments and DMs, queuing brief posts I supply, and flagging anything that needs my attention. You’ll round out the shift by confirming or setting appointments on my shared calendar and taking care of straightforward website updates or live-chat questions. Deliverables each shift • Accurate call log with outcomes and notes • Updated CRM records for every cold-call attempt • Social media engagement report (mentions, messages handled) • Calendar entries for all confirmed appointments • Quick summary of any web or chat issues resolved If you’re comfortable juggling calls, social channels and light web support for a full weekend block, I’d love to partner with you.
