Every week I record a talking-head style meeting that runs about an hour. The raw footage needs a quick polish before it goes public: trim the dead air at the top and tail, slip in my prerendered outro, and add simple fade transitions when the conversation switches between speakers. That’s it—no heavy colour work or motion graphics, just clean, consistent edits that keep the focus on the content. I work in Adobe Premiere, so the project files have to stay in that ecosystem. To get things rolling, there’s a backlog of six meetings waiting for the same treatment. Once those are cleared, the cadence drops to one edit per week, giving us an easy, repeatable workflow. Deliverables for each episode • Premiere project file (.prproj) with all assets linked • Final export in MP4 (H.264, 1080p) Turnaround on the backlog is flexible within reason, but a two-to three-day window for the weekly files will keep everything on schedule.
