Each week I need someone to step in, map out fresh posts for TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, then make sure they go live at the ideal times with the right hooks, captions and hashtags so the accounts climb fast and start earning. Content mix – On TikTok I rotate entertainment, educational tips and subtle product promos. Promoting 2 businesses – The same core clip can be repackaged for Reels, Shorts and (where it makes sense) slipped onto Facebook, so efficient editing and smart format tweaks are essential. What I expect each week • A mini content plan (topics, hook, call-to-action) • Edited vertical video ready for all three platforms • Captions, hashtags and thumbnail suggestions tailored for TikTok analytics, YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights • Scheduling inside Creator Studio or Later/Buffer so everything publishes without babysitting • A quick performance recap and next-week adjustment If you have a proven playbook for rapid follower growth, monetisation tactics like in-video product tags or affiliate link strategies and you genuinely enjoy experimenting with trends, we’ll be a great fit.
