I run my books in Zoho Books and need a reliable hand to keep them tidy on a weekly basis. The scope is focused: track every dollar of sales revenue coming in and every operational expense going out, then reconcile the accounts so Zoho always reflects reality. Each week you will: - Pull the latest bank and card feeds into Zoho Books. - Categorise all transactions under Sales Revenue or Operational Expenses, attaching any available receipts. - Reconcile each account so balances match the statements. - Generate a concise weekly Revenue-vs-Expense summary through Zoho’s reporting module and drop the PDF in our shared folder. No invoice management or payroll work is required; those areas are covered elsewhere. Everything must stay within Zoho Books—no external spreadsheets or third-party tools.
