I have a set of steel balcony posts that need cleats welded in place, followed by lifting a 7m PFC beam (22kg/m) into position and securing it to those freshly installed cleats. Scaffolding and ladders are available to transfer to balcony floor, giving you safe, full-height access on both the post faces and the beam line. All welds must be left ready for a galvanized finish—to be cold-galv sprayed immediately' Will discuss whether MIG, stick, or another method best suits your equipment and the site conditions. Please bring: • Your own welding gear (tested and tagged) • Any rigging or lifting aids you usually use for positioning a PFC beam of this size • Evidence of current trade qualification and insurance Deliverables I’ll check off on site: 1. Cleats fully welded, true and square on every steel post 2. PFC beam lifted, aligned and continuously welded to each cleat 3. All welds treated for galvanizing with no visible slag or spatter left behind Let me know your earliest available date, estimated hours on site, and any questions about access or beam specs so we can lock the job in.
