I need help moving an already-active phone number onto WhatsApp Business so my service-based company can communicate professionally with clients. The goal is to complete Facebook Business verification (if required), activate the number on the WhatsApp Business Platform or WhatsApp Business App, and be sure the account is fully functional. Key requirement: set up and test automated messages—greeting and away messages—so they trigger correctly on both Android and iOS. If additional tools such as the Meta Business Manager, two-factor authentication, or an API console are needed, please factor those steps in; I will provide any access codes promptly. Once registration is confirmed, I expect: • Proof the number is live on WhatsApp Business (screenshot or video walkthrough). • Configuration of at least one automated greeting and one away message. • A short note explaining how I can edit these automations myself in future. Quick replies and chat labels are not essential right now, though I may add them later, so documenting how to enable them would be a plus.
