My Telnyx account is already live, verified, and tied to two toll-free numbers; now I need WhatsApp fully wired in so the numbers can send and receive messages for sales and marketing campaigns. Scope of work • Finish the Meta Business verification and create a WhatsApp Business Account. • Register both toll-free numbers with WhatsApp and bind them to Telnyx so traffic flows through the Telnyx Messaging API. • Stand up a lightweight, cloud-hosted CRM. It must include: – A shared WhatsApp inbox that all team members can see in real time. – A contact list that automatically keeps message history for every lead or customer. – Simple send-and-reply capability directly from the inbox, plus support for template messages to kick-off new conversations. I’m happy with any modern stack—Node.js, Python, PHP, or low-code tools—as long as it sits in the cloud and is easy for non-technical staff to use. API keys, Telnyx credentials, and number ownership documents are ready to share immediately. Acceptance criteria 1. Both toll-free numbers are visible in WhatsApp Manager and pass the green check. 2. Test messages sent from WhatsApp land in the CRM inbox within one second. 3. Replies from the CRM appear on the user’s device with the correct business profile. 4. Contact records auto-populate and retain full conversation history. 5. Simple UI button inserts pre-approved template messages without errors. Once these boxes are ticked, the project is done.
