I need a single, scalable platform that can provision a complete white-label solution for every retailer I onboard. When a new store registers, the system must automatically create: • A customer-facing Android and iOS app published under that store’s own name, logo and colour palette • A private customer database that is fully isolated from other tenants • A browser-based admin panel where the store’s staff can handle inventory, billing & invoicing, CRM tasks, offers with push notifications, and real-time sales reports Behind the scenes everything runs on a true multi-tenant architecture, yet from the retailer’s point of view it feels like a stand-alone system. Performance, security and the ability to scale to thousands of tenants are non-negotiable. Deliverables 1. Source code for mobile apps, backend services and admin panel 2. Automated tenant-provisioning workflow that brands each new app build and database instance 3. Deployment scripts (Docker or similar) plus an infrastructure diagram ready for AWS, GCP or Azure 4. Clear technical documentation and a hand-over session Acceptance criteria • Signing up a demo store generates a branded app build, isolated database and admin login within minutes • Inventory updates in the admin panel sync instantly to the customer app • Push offers reach only that store’s customers • Reports display accurate daily sales, current stock and customer metrics • Code is clean, documented and passes a basic security review
