NIKSI is hiring a full-time wholesale real estate specialist to manage acquisitions and dispositions for U.S. deals. Eligible locations only: Latin America, South Africa, or selected European countries including Portugal, Spain, Romania, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Greece. You will speak with motivated sellers, analyze ARV and repairs, make offers, negotiate contracts, build a verified cash-buyer list, market deals, qualify buyers and proof of funds, negotiate assignment terms, coordinate with title through funded closing, and maintain accurate CRM and KPI reporting. Requirements: proven U.S. wholesale acquisitions/dispositions experience, evidence of closed deals, fluent English, strong negotiation and CRM skills, availability during U.S. business hours, and full accountability. Pay: $5-$15/hour based on experience, with performance growth. Long-term, 30+ hours/week.
