HIRING — Wholesale Real Estate Operations Owner NIKSI needs one entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of our US wholesale business. This is not a task-based VA or only a closer role. You will own the complete pipeline, recruit and manage acquisitions, dispositions, and support staff, build SOPs and CRM systems, track KPIs, solve deal bottlenecks, and produce predictable signed contracts and funded closings without daily founder involvement. Must have proven US wholesale experience, evidence of closed deals, team leadership, strong English, CRM/KPI/SOP knowledge, and full accountability for outcomes. Long-term, 30+ hours/week.
