I already have the finished artwork and need it converted into production-ready embroidery files using the latest Wilcom software. The final package must include both the native .EMB files and matching .DST files for sampling. Here’s exactly what I’m looking for: • Precise stitch path optimisation with clean sequencing, balanced underlay and densities that keep the stitch count reasonable—no thread-wasting backtracking. • Specific accommodation for luxury embellishments: cut dana, pearls and sequins must be mapped correctly so the run sheet flows smoothly on multi-head machines. • Quick first draft within a couple of days and the flexibility to turn minor revisions around just as fast. I’ll give prompt feedback so we can lock the files in quickly. Acceptance criteria 1. All supplied artwork returned as separate .EMB files saved in the latest Wilcom version. 2. Matching .DST files compiled for Tajima heads, ready to run on sample machines without edits. 3. Stitch count, colour sequence and any special functions clearly noted. 4. Decorative elements (cut dana, pearls, sequins) programmed so they sit flush and secure on jacket-weight fabrics.
