Luxury Brand Identity, Logo Refinement & Packaging Design for Premium Japanese Matcha Brand About WIM Matcha I am relaunching WIM Matcha, an established Japanese matcha brand that has been in the UAE market for over 7 years. This is not a startup—we already have brand history and are now repositioning WIM as one of the leading premium Japanese matcha brands in the GCC. Our vision is to build a timeless luxury brand that combines authentic Japanese craftsmanship with modern minimalist design. This is NOT a logo-only project. I am looking for an experienced Brand Identity & Packaging Designer who understands luxury branding, typography, premium packaging, and consumer psychology. Brand Positioning WIM Matcha stands for: Authentic Japanese Matcha Calm Focus Clean Energy Japanese Craftsmanship Minimalist Luxury Wellness Timeless Design The final result should feel closer to Apple, Aesop, Leica, Muji, Kettl, Ippodo Tea and Bang & Olufsen than a typical tea brand. Scope of Work I need a complete luxury brand identity including: Brand Identity Refine and modernize the existing WIM logo (do NOT redesign from scratch unless absolutely necessary) Luxury visual identity system Typography system Premium color palette Iconography Graphic elements Brand applications Premium mockups Packaging Design Design premium packaging for: WIM Reserve Uji – 30g Tin WIM Ceremonial Organic – 30g Tin WIM Barista Organic – 500g Pouch WIM Barista Organic – 1kg Pouch I will provide the exact supplier dielines, dimensions, label specifications and print requirements. The designer must prepare all artwork fully compliant with the manufacturer's specifications and ready for production. Experience designing bilingual luxury brands is highly preferred. Deliverables should include: English logo Arabic logo or logo lock-up Bilingual packaging layouts Print-ready files Brand Bible (Mandatory) The successful designer must deliver a complete Brand Identity Guidelines (Brand Bible) that will become the single source of truth for the WIM Matcha brand. The Brand Bible should include: Brand strategy summary Brand positioning Mission Vision Brand values Brand personality Tone of voice Logo usage guidelines Logo variations Logo clear space & sizing Color palette (Pantone, CMYK, RGB & HEX) Typography system Iconography Graphic elements Photography direction Packaging guidelines Layout & grid system Social media guidelines Do's & Don'ts Brand applications Future expansion recommendations Final Deliverables The final files must include: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) (if applicable) Adobe InDesign (.INDD) (if applicable) SVG EPS Editable PDF Print-ready PDF High-resolution PNG JPG All fonts used must either be commercially licensed or clearly identified. Ownership Upon final payment, all intellectual property, copyrights, source files, editable artwork and design assets will become the exclusive property of WIM Matcha. The selected designer will be my preferred creative partner for future product launches, packaging updates, website assets, social media campaigns, print materials and future brand expansion.
