I want a single code-base that gives me both a Windows desktop application and an Android companion app that work together as a personal stock screener. Core workflow • The program pulls real-time market data, runs it through a set of screening rules I define, and shows me the results instantly on both devices. • Rules must be fully editable from within the UI so I can add, remove, or tweak conditions without touching the source code. • Whenever a symbol meets one of my saved rules the system should push an alert—desktop toast on Windows and a push notification on Android. Access & security I only need a straightforward email / password login with the ability to log out; no two-factor or social sign-ins. After we start I will share a detailed blueprint that maps the exact data fields, filters, and sample screens. Feel free to leverage common market data APIs (e.g., Alpha Vantage, IEX Cloud or similar) and cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or .NET MAUI as long as performance stays snappy and the UI feels native on both targets. Deliverables 1. Complete source code with clear build instructions 2. Windows installer (.exe or MSIX) 3. Signed Android APK / AAB ready for Play Store upload 4. Brief setup guide covering environment variables for the data API key and how I can add new screening rules myself I’ll test by installing both builds, connecting my own market-data key, creating a fresh filter, and confirming that a triggered condition appears in real time with the proper alert on each device.
