Project: Bespoke "cap to adv" Windows File Converter I am looking for a developer to build a native Windows file-conversion tool. The exact input (.cap) and output (.adv) format specifications will be provided, but the tool must run entirely locally without relying on external web services. Key Requirements: User-Friendly Interface: A straightforward Command-Line Interface (CLI) or lightweight Graphical User Interface (GUI) that non-technical users can trigger in one step. Performance: Robust and reliable batch processing for large numbers of files without crashes or data loss. Maintainability: Clean, well-commented source code structured so we can potentially port it to macOS or Linux in the future. Please Proposal Outline: 1. Your recommended programming language/framework for this project and why. 2. Your approach to testing conversion accuracy. 3. Your method for packaging the final build for easy installation.
