A small, private CRM for running my agency. It replaces the spreadsheets and scattered notes I currently use to keep track of clients, the work in progress for each of them, calls I need to make, and money I spend on my clients' behalf. I have looked at HubSpot, Zoho, Monday and similar. They are all far more than I need, priced per seat for features I will never touch. I want a small tool that does exactly these six things well and then stops. The six core jobs - Keep a proper record of my clients and their contact details. - See all my active projects on a Kanban board and move them through stages. - Schedule client calls and get reliably reminded on my Windows desktop before each one. - Note which team members are working on which project. - Track money I spend on a client's behalf, per project. - Look back at past clients and projects easily, months or years later. This is 100% in-house and single-user (me, the owner of the agency) tool. I hope it clears many questions in advance.
