Lead & Sales Portal (Wix Website Requirement) This system must be built directly on our existing Wix.com website and be fully compatible with the Wix platform. It should integrate with our current Wix site rather than being developed as a separate application. Create a dedicated section on our Wix website that includes multiple data generation buttons. Each button should pull information from Excel databases that we regularly upload and update. The system should include advanced search and filtering options, including: - Location - Groomers - Veterinary Clinics - Boarding Facilities - Pet Stores - Other Business Categories Each lead should also track analytics, including how many times it has been viewed or clicked by Sales Managers. Business Lead Generator - A button that generates business leads from the uploaded Excel database based on the selected filters. Consumer Lead Generator - A separate button that generates non-business (consumer) leads from a dedicated Excel database. This should allow Sales Managers to pull individual customer leads by location and other available filters. Commission Tracker - Include a built-in commission tracking system that allows administrators to (would prefer to run off excel, okay if it doesn't): - Track commissions for each Sales Manager - Add, edit, and remove commissions - Create one-time or recurring bonus commissions - Apply bonuses based on specific events, promotions, dates, or performance milestones - View commission history and payout records - Display commission summaries and payout totals - Administrative Requirements The system must allow administrators to upload updated Excel databases at any time without requiring code changes. All uploaded data should automatically populate the appropriate lead generators. Access should be restricted to authorized users through secure Wix member accounts with role-based permissions. The portal should be responsive and function properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The system should be designed to accommodate future expansion, including additional lead databases, sales tools, reporting, and other features.
