I need an experienced fashion designer who works primarily with women’s apparel and feels at home developing denim-based pieces. You will take my seasonal direction and translate it into fresh, commercially viable concepts, then carry that vision all the way through detailed tech packs ready for sampling. Your day-to-day with me will involve sketching clear illustrations, choosing fabrics and trims that balance cost with quality, perfecting fit specs, and packaging everything in clean, factory-ready documentation. A solid grasp of construction methods, wash techniques, and trim selection for denim is essential, because we want every pair of jeans or jacket to look on-trend yet hold up on the rack. The engagement is project-based and fully remote, though it’s a bonus if you can occasionally meet in Delhi for fittings. Timelines are tight, so reliability and quick turnaround are non-negotiable.
