I have a collection of women’s ready-to-wear pieces in the casual segment that now need professional, production-ready patterns. The creative work is largely complete; what I require is the technical expertise to translate my sketches and reference samples into accurate digital patterns that a factory can cut and sew without guesswork. Scope • Primary task: developing patterns from my design sketches and measurement charts, staying true to the intended fit and drape. • Garment category: casual wear only—think the everyday tops, bottoms and light outer layers that sit comfortably between loungewear and smart-casual fashion. • Sizing: core women’s sizes with grading for at least XS–XL. Deliverables 1. Digital patterns in the software of your choice (Gerber, Optitex, Clo3D, or a compatible DXF/AAMA format), clearly labelled and ready for marker making. 2. A concise spec sheet for each style that details fabric yield, seam allowances, construction notes, and any special trims or notions. Acceptance criteria • Patterns must be test-printed, assembled, and measured against my fit requirements before hand-off. • All seam lines and notches align cleanly in the digital file and on the test print. • Graded nests follow a consistent grade rule and maintain proportion across sizes.
