I need to connect my existing WooCommerce store to Bluedart so that customers can see real-time shipping rates at checkout, each order automatically receives a Bluedart AWB number, PDF shipping labels are generated on the fly, and tracking details flow back into the order notes and customer emails. I’m not sure whether my current Bluedart account includes API access, so I also want guidance on creating—or upgrading to—an account that does. That means helping me fill out any Bluedart paperwork, requesting the production credentials, and confirming they work in a staging environment before we go live. Once the credentials are active, please build or configure a solution (custom plugin, child-theme code, or a well-supported third-party plugin if it truly covers everything) that: • Pulls accurate, location-based Bluedart rates during checkout • Automatically books the shipment when an order moves to “processing” • Generates a downloadable/printable label in the format Bluedart requires • Inserts the tracking number into the order and emails it to the customer • Works smoothly with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce Acceptance criteria • Rates match the values returned directly by the Bluedart API for at least five random pincodes. • Labels scan correctly at a Bluedart counter (we’ll test one parcel). • Tracking updates appear in the WooCommerce order timeline within 15 minutes of status change. • All code is delivered, documented, and survives a theme/plugin update without breaking. Please outline your preferred approach, any prior Bluedart or similar carrier integrations you’ve handled, and the estimated timeline for completing both the API setup assistance and the live integration.
