I own a growing custom apparel and promotional products business and am looking for an experienced WooCommerce expert to optimize my existing websites and help reduce recurring software costs through smarter use of the tools I already pay for. This is not a website redesign project. My goal is to maximize WooCommerce functionality, automate business processes, and eliminate unnecessary third-party subscriptions while improving the customer experience. This has the potential to become an ongoing relationship as my business continues to grow. Primary Objectives I want someone who can evaluate my current setup and implement improvements that will: Reduce recurring software expenses Improve automation Increase efficiency Streamline order processing Improve customer communication Simplify website management Areas I'd Like You to Evaluate WooCommerce Optimization Review current plugins and subscriptions Recommend features already included in WooCommerce that I'm not utilizing Identify unnecessary premium plugins Improve website performance Improve checkout experience Optimize customer account functionality Email Automation I'd like to reduce or eliminate my Mailchimp subscription if possible. Looking for someone who can: Configure WooCommerce automated emails Create abandoned cart emails Welcome email series Order follow-up emails Product review requests Promotional email campaigns Customer segmentation Preference is to use WooCommerce or lower-cost alternatives whenever practical. Shipping Optimization Currently reviewing my shipping workflow and subscriptions. I'd like recommendations on: WooCommerce Shipping Pirate Ship Shippo Other lower-cost shipping solutions Goal is to reduce monthly subscription costs while maintaining an efficient shipping workflow. Deliverables I'd like the project completed in phases. Phase 1 Business systems audit including: Review of current setup Plugin audit Subscription audit Recommendations Estimated annual savings Prioritized implementation plan Phase 2 Implementation of approved recommendations.
