My WooCommerce store www.backwateraquatics.com has begun suffering frequent downtime——after I recently updated several plugins and the active theme. I need an experienced WooCommerce developer to run a full technical audit of the site and tell me exactly what is failing and how to stabilize performance for the long term. You’ll have full staging-or-live access (your preference) to review WordPress core, theme files, updated plugins, server logs, database queries, caching layers, and any third-party services. Please dig into potential plugin conflicts, hosting configuration, PHP limits, MySQL bottlenecks, and CDN settings so we know why the store drops offline under load. Deliverables • A concise report (PDF or Google Doc) outlining root-cause findings, performance metrics, and any critical errors discovered. • A prioritized action plan with step-by-step fixes, tools or settings to change (e.g., Object Cache Pro, query optimization, or rollback of specific updates), and an estimated impact on uptime. • Quick-win recommendations I can implement immediately, plus longer-term architecture suggestions if server resources prove inadequate. Acceptance criteria The report is clear, reproducible (include test dates, versions, and tools such as Query Monitor, New Relic, or GTmetrix), and gives me a roadmap that, once applied, is expected to reduce downtime to near zero during normal traffic.
